Our company was founded in 1961 by Joe Chippin. In 1964 our office moved to its present location (89 York Street).
Chippin’s Limited quickly became a leading firm in Fredericton. Most of the areas of the City of Fredericton bear evidence of our company’s prolific activites. Joe became one of the familiar fixtures in the downtown and continued working into his eighties.
Today, we are still a family run business operating out of the same downtown location.
Today the main emphasis of our business continues to be land development. We specialize in the developement of residential and commercial serviced building lots. We also offer a broad range of other real estate services such as commercial and apartment rentals.
